I Heart Spring. The days are longer, the sun is brighter, and above all, I get a whole new wardrobe. Although I live in Southern California, I like to keep my Fall/Winter clothes and my Spring/Summer clothes separate. Wearing a white eyelet dress in the middle of December is just nonsense even if it's 80 degrees outside. Same with wearing a velvet jacket in May. I also switch out my wardrobe to save closet space and hangers. With the welcoming of this new season, I eagerly pulled out my turquoise dress, orange blouse, and white pumps- and happily folded away my cream wool sweater and herringbone skirt. Since I favor Fall clothing over Spring due to the darker colors and textured knits- I am going to miss a lot of my wardrobe. The good news: 6 months from today we get reacquainted.
